At TasteRoots, we take pride in delivering fresh Indian spices directly to your kitchen in the UK. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver across mainland UK.
- Delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands, and remote areas may take longer and may attract an additional surcharge (shown at checkout).
Delivery Timelines
- Subscription Orders → Processed automatically every month on your renewal date.
- Expected delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
- One-Time Purchases / Extras → Usually dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Shipping Costs
- All subscription boxes include Free UK Delivery.
- For one-time purchases under £14.99, a flat shipping fee of £2.99 applies.
- Orders above £14.99 qualify for free delivery.
- Tracking Your Order.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email & SMS with tracking details.
- You can also track orders via your TasteRoots account dashboard.
Missed Deliveries
- If no one is available at your address, the courier may leave the parcel with a neighbour or at a local collection point.
- Undelivered packages will be held for 7 days. After this, they may be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.
Delays & Exceptions
- During peak festive periods (Diwali, Christmas, etc.), deliveries may take an extra 2–3 days.
- Severe weather, postal strikes, or courier disruptions may impact delivery times. We will notify you in case of significant delays.
